1. Rinsing Part
The rotary rinsing machine, mainly used for rinsing beverage bottles. The new bottle enters into the equipment through bottle distribution screw and star wheel, and its neck is clipped to mouth down by the clamp and turner device, dry after rinsing, and turn to mouth up automatically, then enters into the filling machine through bottle-outlet star wheel conveyor.

 

2. Filling Part
Beverage hot filling is commonly used in the production process of concentrated and reconstituted juice production lines. These types of juices are made from concentrated juice or fruit powder, and then mixed with syrup and beverage additives. The mixture is then subjected to pasteurization at a temperature of 85-100 degrees Celsius for approximately 30 minutes before bottling. Such juice beverages have a longer shelf life, usually around one year.

 

3. Capping Part
The bottle enters the capper through the transition wheel. The capping machine has a stopper knife that snaps onto the neck of the bottle to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head revolves both round the main body and on its own axis. Under the action of the cams, it completes the whole capping process, including grasping cap, sleeving cap, screwing cap and discharging cap. The finished products are transmitted to the outlet conveyor and then sent out of the combiblock.
