Working principle of blow molding machine:
Main wheel of equipment rotates in high speed. The encoder at the top of equipment and sensors installed on the main wheel test the angle of rotation and give computer feedback. Then in accordance with the operator of the procedures it set (angle) issued directives to executing agency(electromagnetic valve). The implementation process of blowing on a specific time, resulting to complete the process of a two step blowing and produce qualified products in rotating equipment.

1. Automatic feeding device
Preform will be feeded and listed automatically.The device can adjust the preform quantity according to productivity, start and stop feeding automatically. To maintain uninterrupted feeding and not aggregate.It can adjust its output speed according to different preform type, so that preform feeding quantity coincide with production.
2. Heating machine
There are specially designed ventilation cooling devices and protective plate cooling water cooling in heating machine.Protecting the protection board and external when the temperature is too high. Thermal wind is controlled by frequency adjustable fan. Make sure the preform neck will not distorted by heating and increase the penetration, extend the life of infrared lamp at the same time.
3. Special mould plate system
Specially designed mould plate system make ensure that the replacement of the mould can be do quickly, accurately and good interoperability. Mould plate has pressure balance device. When blowing the bottle, it can make minimum of spew line, ensure the quality and performance of bottle. Special designed seal make low pressure when preform mouth connected with sealing mouth, and will not damage preform mouth.
4. Robot Device
Unlike the old mechanical gripper, the new one does not have a long spring. The use of double groove blank bottle pick-up and delivery cams, optimised robot structure, increased process angle, good synchronisation and coordination, good repeatability of movements, more flexible bottle blowing and lower losses.
1. Air compressor without oil: supply needed working pressure in the normal working(0.8Mpa) and high pressure for completing high pressure blowing.
2. Water chiller: The cooling system consist of cooling tower supplies cooling effect for air compressor without oil, blowing machine, hot water chiller and temperature control(oil).If the bottle is for water or carbonated, the cooling tower supply cooling water for buttom bottle mould and bottle mould; It needs hot water machine and temperature control(oil) if it is hot-filling bottle.
3. Hot water machine: the function is supplying steady hot water for buttom of mould, make the buttom of mould have steady temperature, ensure the blowing temperature.
4. Temperature control: the function is mainly provide a stable temperature for bottle body mould, make crystal of bottle material, meet the hot-filling requirements for bottle distortion. Heating media used in temperature control is industrial heat conductivity oil.
