With its cutting-edge technology, the plate type UHT sterilizer is capable of processing a wide range of products, including milk, fruit juices, and soups. It heats the product to ultra-high temperatures (UHT) and then rapidly cools it back down, ensuring that any harmful bacteria are destroyed without affecting the flavor or nutritional value of the product.
 

Technical Features

This UHT system adopts ultra-high heat treatment to sterilize the liquid dairy products, tea drinks and juice for the aseptic filling production; the sterilizing temperature is 137ºC holding for 3-5S, by this procedure to remain the natural nutrition and flavor of the milk and juice.
1. Hygienic and safe: the whole machine is made of food-grade stainless steel to ensure that it meets the national safety and hygiene index requirements for beverage and food equipment; materials and heating medium are heated in respective sealed systems through non-contact heat exchange.
