Internal Structure

1. Original Water Tank
The purpose of storing the raw water entering the system is to adjust the change of the influent flow, prevent the fluctuation of the influent water from affecting the operation of the system, and ensure the stable water intake of the system
 

2. Reverse Osmosis System
The reverse osmosis device is the heart part of the pre-desalting of the project. The water after reverse osmosis treatment can remove a large part of inorganic salts, organic matter, microorganisms and bacteria.The rationality of the design is directly related to the project investment cost, the overall system operation economic benefit, service life, reliable and simple operation.

 

3. Mechanical Filters
The filter belongs to a pressure filter device, and uses two kinds of filter media to pass the raw liquid through the medium under a certain pressure, and the purpose of filtering is achieved by the pore interception and floating between the filter materials, and the filtered liquid is filtered along the filter material.
 

4. Activated Carbon Filter
The activated carbon has a specific surface area of 800~2000m2/g, and has a large specific surface area and particularly developed micropores. Therefore, the adsorption capacity is large and the adsorption capacity is strong. The adsorption mainly depends on its own small pores, transition pores and large pores.

5. Ozone Sterilizer
Ozone sterilizer is a commonly used sterilization equipment in the water treatment system , the sterilization effect is not only related to the type of bacteria and the amount of ozone and water in the water, but also the contact time with ozone and water is related to the gas head of the ozone cloth.
 

 

Working Process

According to the characteristics of raw water and water production requirements, the following process is adopted:
