Carbonated water filling machine is a kind of equipment specially used for filling carbonated water. It is usually composed of a filling machine host and a control system, which can automatically complete the work of bottle entry, cap rotation, filling, compressed air, disinfection, and bottle output.
 

1. Bottle entry: The empty bottle is sent from the conveying system to the main machine of the filling machine.
2. Cap rotation: Feed the cap into the bottle mouth and rotate to a suitable position.
3. Filling: inject carbonated water into the bottle through the filling tube and control the filling amount.
4. Compressed air: Fill the bottle with compressed air to seal it.
5. Disinfection: Spray the disinfectant into the inside of the bottle through the spray system for disinfection.
6. Bottle out: send the filled carbonated water bottle out of the machine, ready for packaging and transportation.
