1. Preforms feed-in
Put preforms in the hopper. Preform will be feeded and arrayed automatically by the unscrambler.The device can adjust the preform quantity according to productivity, start and stop feeding automatically. 2. Heater
Every preform holder in heating machine can seat revolution and rotation to ensure that preform has a stable and uniform heating. 3. Blowing Unit
The process of bottle blowing consists of balance, seal, stretch, pre-blowing, high-pressure blowing, exhaust and etc. After heating part, the bottle preforms are sent into the moulds by the mechanical arms and then shaped through stretch, pre-blowing and high-pressure blowing. The mechanical arms send the blowed bottles out to the next step.
4. Filling Unit
The blowed bottles are transferred to the filling machine by the star wheels. The bottles entering the filling machine are held in place by bottle clamps of the lifting cylinders and are raised and lowered by cam action. The filling machine adopts the principle of gravity filling. When the bottle mouth rises to top opening the filling valve, filling starts. And filling ends when the material rises to the position of the return air hole.
5. Capping Unit
The bottle enters the capper through the transition wheel. The capping machine has a stopper knife that snaps onto the neck of the bottle to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head revolves both round the main body and on its own axis. Under the action of the cams, it completes the whole capping process, including grasping cap, sleeving cap, screwing cap and discharging cap. The finished products are transmitted to the outlet conveyor and then sent out of the combiblock.
