The mixture is then subjected to pasteurization at a temperature of 85-100 degrees Celsius for approximately 30 minutes before bottling. 3. Capping Part
The bottle enters the capper through the transition wheel. The capping machine has a stopper knife that snaps onto the neck of the bottle to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head revolves both round the main body and on its own axis. Under the action of the cams, it completes the whole capping process, including grasping cap, sleeving cap, screwing cap and discharging cap. The finished products are transmitted to the outlet conveyor and then sent out of the combiblock.
